• Average withdrawal time: Verified accounts typically receive funds within 15 minutes. During peak times, it may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdraw via Same Method: Withdrawals must be made using the same method as your deposit.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳300. Withdrawals below this amount are not permitted.
• Bonus Wagering: To withdraw bonus winnings, you must first meet the applicable wagering requirements.

6 Bonus & Voucher Terms

• Welcome Bonus: New members can receive up to a 100% bonus on their first deposit. This offer is available once only.
• Wagering Requirements: To withdraw a bonus, you must wager the specified multiplier of the bonus amount (typically 3x–5x).
• One code, one use: Each voucher code can only be used once per account.
• Bonus validity: If wagering is not completed within the designated period after a bonus is activated, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Bonus abuse: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system will result in account termination and forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings.

7 Betting Rules

8 Prohibited Activities

• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Fraud & Hacking: Any attempt to hack the platform's software or data will result in legal action.
• Match Fixing Involvement: Involvement in match fixing or manipulation will result in legal action.
• Money Laundering: Using the betting platform as a means of money laundering is strictly forbidden.
• Bots or Automated Tools: Using bots or automated software for betting is strictly prohibited.
• Abusive & hateful conduct: Disrespectful behaviour towards Support staff or other members is not permitted.

9 Account Closure & Restrictions

• Closed at user request: If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact Support. Any valid balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed.
• Closure for Violations: If your account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may or may not be returned following a review.
• Inactive accounts: Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of ৳100.
• Right to appeal: If you wish to contest an account closure decision, you may appeal by emailing our support team.
